The NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Health and Social Care is designed to enable learners to access Higher Education or progress into the workplace, covering a wide range of key subject areas in health and social care.
The qualification was developed with input from subject experts, employers and Higher Education Institutions, giving learners a solid, current foundation in the sector. NCFE CACHE qualifications are approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).

Assessment is by internally assessed portfolio of evidence. There are no exams.
Learners receive tutor feedback and marks for each unit submitted.
Successful completion of the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Health and Social Care enables learners to progress to the Technical Level 3 Certificate or Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, or onto a range of Higher Education programmes.
